Gagnant du Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle (Gr.1) au festival de Cheltenham, The Nice Guy (Fame And Glory) reste invaincu en 5 sorties en enlevant un nouveau Gr.1, cette fois-ci à Punchestown. Sous la selle de Paul Townend, il domine non sans lutte son compagnon d'entraînement Minella Cocooner (Flemensfirth), qui s'est remarquablement défendu après avoir été dépassé à l'entrée de la ligne droite. Willie Mullins remporte son 3e Gr.1 lors de ce festival avec ce représentant de la casaque Denmark, acheté foal 33 000 € à Tattersalls. Il s'affirme comme un stayer d'avenir.
